Speak the audience’s language

Sales leaders are competitive by nature, and many of them talk about performance in sports metaphors long before they talk about metrics. So instead of fighting that instinct, we leaned into it.

This campaign used three familiar sports to frame Microsoft Dynamics’ value in language sales teams already understood, helping them assess whether their teams were ready to “crush their quotas.” The work scaled across 87 individual assets, deployed in 11 countries and 13 languages, balancing cultural nuance with a consistent narrative core.

The result was content that met the audience where they were—and moved them forward.
