Revealing a world of CRM without frustration
For many sales teams, CRM tools feel like a necessary evil—hard to learn and constantly in the way. This pre-roll campaign flipped that expectation by telling the story of a team adjusting to a new, frustration-free way of working.
I partnered with the lead copywriter to concept the campaign, storyboard the videos, and art-direct the shoot and edit, focusing on clarity, pacing, and emotional truth over feature explanation.
